 Return Policy
Standard items (black moulding only) may be returned for exchange
or refund (minus a 10% restocking fee) within 15 days from date
of purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging and be in
unused condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping
charges, and packages must ship insured, otherwise loss or damage
is at customer's expense.

Custom frames are not returnable. Frames ordered in stains,
colors or specialty mouldings can not be returned.
